3. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed via Razorpay or Manual UPI.

• Service fees must be paid in advance.
• No Refund Policy: Once the form-filling process has started or the consultation has been provided, fees are non-refundable.
• In case of a failed transaction where the money is debited but not received by us, please contact your bank or Razorpay support directly.
